September update: Charity single release!

CHARITY SINGLE

Chris will be releasing a charity single 'My Boy' in the run-up to Christmas in aid of SSAFA. Release date will be 30th November

We've kept this under our hats for a while but now can make an official announcement having received full endorsement from the charity today!

SSAFA are a major national charity who support armed forces and their families (www.ssafa.org.uk). We chose this charity as it is particularly relevant to the theme of the song. The charity is fully behind the release and will help to push the news out to forces and their families.

This is very exciting for all of us. The song will initially be available as a download and we'll be pushing it out to all download sites such as iTunes and Amazon. There will be a pre-order period so if enough people order in advance there is a chance that we can get an official chart position in the run up to Christmas!

Recording is taking place next week with Jonny Brookes from The Charlatans on drums. We hope everyone will be able to support this worthy cause and splash out the 79p for a download of the song!

UPCOMING GIGS

Chris will be playing two of the top music venues in Worcester next week.

WEDS 30th SEPTEMBER will be at KEYSTONES supporting Wolverhampton acoustic rockers Loungetree. Starts 8.30pm tickets £1

SAT 3rd OCTOBER will be headlining the Worcester Music Festival post-festival party at THE MARRS BAR Starts 4pm, free entry, we'll be on around 9.30

Both gigs will include a full band line-up with special guest Jonny Brookes from The Charlatans on drums

Watch out for more gigs in the run-up to Christmas!
